the cancer paper was slaughtered.
barnes and noble was ransacked.
life is good.
I picked up $111 worth of store credit at B&N from Brian Chung for $50. I'm quite pleased with myself. He had returned a bunch of AP study books and wanted kizash. A win win situation as I see it.
Right now I'm reading 'Exhile and the Kingdom', a collection of six short stories by Camus. It is a frustrating read, because each story is about 30 pages long, making it just long enough to get me on edge, leave me dazzled, and then drop me at the beginning of the next tale. The tales are quite good, though they make no attempt to come out and slap their message across your face. Their short nature lends itself well to re-reading.
This week a package from Deep Springs should finally arrive, so I can finally convince my parents that I'm actually going to a college that exists. haha.
School is wrapping up, which is kind of scary. I was getting all sorts of sentimental at the dinner table about a week ago and my mom started mocking me and asking why the hell I was getting so upset..she was being a real heartless bitch. Well yea, this whole farewell thing is starting to get me.
Our yearbooks suck.

what is up with people thinking I'm gay?
I mean, on one level, what does it matter.
On another, I'd prefer it if women that would otherwise approach me didn't think I was gay.
I'm not gay.
And to those of you who think I haven't discovered my alter sexuality yet, well, I don't know where you're getting it from. If you think it's because of going to Deep Springs...well, then you don't understand me or what DS is about.
I'm not gay. You can quote me on that one.

Over the years I've registered a number of silly screen names, none of which i use. My screename nuttyswede originated sometime around 7th grade, and I've found no reason to change it. So it goes, so it goes.
I searched the AIM database for my email addresses and found a fun list of screenames that get me everything from ladies to the CIA.
RevSexMachine
This one stemmed from a conversation with O'connor in which I said that 30 years from now when I'm a revolutionary sex machine i'm going to come knocking on his door and need a place to sleep.
SideEfekt
This was the screename I thought up in a conversation in 8th grade after having watched "hackers". Yea, it's cool, you know it.
elquedaorbust
I'm not quite sure what I was thinking when I registered that one, but it was most likely right after september 11th, because I it was before anyone really know how to spell el queda. I'm not sure if it was as a joke or to see if I could attract the attention of the CIA or not. Only time will tell if I succeeded or not.
myhappinessisreal
from the NOFX song 'happy guy', which for a very long time was on the intro page to my website. His happiness is real...it always struck me as pure. It's also what I named that blog on blogger.com when I created it.
painfulregrets
I was trying to think of reeeeally emo screenames. more to come.
pubook
I have no clue where that one comes from. next.
notemonotpunkME
hahahaha. emo. next.
yesiamswedish
switch it up a bit. I wanted to get dibbs on some swedish screenames before they were all taken.
GotEkoli
Hey, this one is really funny, I swear. On the sophmore year trip to Williamburg we were all sitting in a restaurant and we were present with rice dream instead of milk, so I started cracking this joke about "Hey guys, got rice dream?", but nobody heard me. I said it again. "Got rice dream?" (It's funny right? Got milk? Got rice dream? get it?) nobody heard me. My friends were all talking about how Sabastian got an e. coli infection when he was on the cape cod trip freshman year. So for the third time I say really loudly "HEY GUYS! Got E. Coli?" Uh huh. Yup.
RevolutionarySex
Another version of that previous screename, cut off at 16 characters. I think it's funnier that way.
SexySwedishBob
This one goes out to Amy. I have no idea where the bob part comes from. Much love.
yesimswedish
staking my claim of swedish screenames.
that's all. At least that's all that's registered to johuga@bergen.org, johan@ugander.com, nuttyswede@aol.com (the latter no longer exists)
long live nuttyswede.
